Chole Bhature:


Chole Bhature is a dish from the Punjab region of the Indian. This Punjabi dish is a combination of a fried bread made from chana masala and bhatura, flour (soft wheat). Chole bhature is one of the Famous Food in Punjab.

Chole Bhature is a very famous food in Northern India which you can easily make at home. You may have to serve chickpeas in many restaurants but if you want you can enjoy the taste by making it in your own kitchen for a few hours.

Chole Bhature is often eaten as a snack dish, sometimes with lassi, however, it can also be a street food or a full meal, as well as onion, carrot pickle, green chutney, and achaar.

  • cumin seeds half teaspoon coriander powder one teaspoon red chili powder less than one quarter teaspoon

  • 500 gms of flour
  • 100 gms of semolina

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
